BlueNova Software LLC operates Clash At Nightfall: Bloodlines and this website. This policy explains the limited information used to run the game, protect accounts, support purchases, and keep the service working.

  • Support messages you send us.
  • Purchase and entitlement records from when purchases are available.

How We Use It

We use this information to create and secure your account, save and restore progress, run gameplay systems, process purchases, provide support, prevent cheating or unauthorized access, fix bugs, and maintain the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play and Apple Pay. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or bank account information. We store purchase history and entitlement status so purchased items can be delivered, restored, refunded, revoked, or supported.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not collect ANY information regarding your precise location, contacts, photos, videos, SMS, health data, calendar data, or bank account details.

Sharing

We do not share the information we have beyond what is needed to operate the game, such as the sign-in information and purchases. If analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services are added later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety form will be updated.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the game, protect the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, support purchases, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. You may request deletion of your account and associated gameplay data by contacting support@clashatnightfall.com.

Content Rating

Clash At Nightfall: Bloodlines is not intended for anyone under 18 due to the theme, vampire content, and in-app purchases.
